Mergster is an AI-powered Ho-Ren-So reporting platform that aggregates team activity from Slack, GitHub, and Jira, synthesizes daily reports using AI, and delivers actionable insights via Slack and email.
You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mergster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
In no event shall Mergster be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
